Dr Bhatia combines deep clinical-scientific expertise in paediatrics, medical genetics, reproductive genomics, molecular oncology, and precision medicine with formal business training through an MBA from Durham University Business School. Her experience includes building and scaling genomics and specialty diagnostics businesses, establishing high-impact clinical programs, leading cross-functional commercial and operational teams, and developing strategic partnerships across hospital systems, diagnostics networks, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare investors, and global healthcare organisations.
Earlier in her career, she founded one of Delhi’s first dedicated private genetics and fetal medicine clinics and subsequently established and led specialty genetics services across leading hospital systems.
